GENERAL INFORMATION:
INTERIOR: The villa has five main bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms with showers, the main bedroom also has a private outdoor shower and one of the bathrooms also has a round bathtub, there is also a separate toilet near the living area. The villa has a large and spacious living room with panoramic views, a “50” inch smart TV, comfortable sofas and a fireplace that heats the living room and dining area on winter nights. A large kitchen complete with an island in the middle, all appliances (toaster, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, drinking water filter, etc.). 3 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for the warmer days, and 2 of the bedrooms have air conditioning, we also supply bed linen, towels, beach towels, shampoos, gel, paper napkins, kitchen paper, scouring pads, hand and kitchen soap, detergents for washing machines and dishwashers, garbage bags, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, clothes pegs and drying rack.
EXTERIOR:
The terrace has a shaded dining area, there’s an outdoor BBQ and large kitchen surface and sink. Jacuzzi, large 12.5 metre heated pool, pool table, ping pong table, outdoor shower, 4 individual loungers and 1 double lounger.
There are also large gardens with typical island vegetation and fruit trees.
CLEANING SERVICE:
If you are staying for more than a week, we provide weekly cleans Including change of sheets and towels.
Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable, so we can also take care of helping you with everything you need, from hire car to making a reservation at a good restaurant or organizing a chef to come to the villa, a catamaran excursion, a padel game, surf lessons, a fishing trip, a hiking trip, etc.
THE ISLAND
Lanzarote enjoys good weather all year round, being an excellent location for winter sun, just a 4 hour flight from the UK and Northern Europe. The most famous local attraction is the Timanfaya National Park, where you can see the most amazing volcanic lunar landscape. There are many other attractions that you cannot miss, such as the Jameos del Agua caves, the Los Verdes cave, the Mirador del Río, El Golfo, the Teguise Sunday market, the house of César Manrique, the Cactus Garden and the regional winery of La Geria.
There are countless magnificent white sand beaches, as well as the famous black sand beach of El Golfo. The island is ideal for practicing water sports such as surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, diving, snorkeling, fishing, boating, swimming and golf, among others. The island is famous for triathlon and especially for its international ironman event. The island is a cyclist's paradise, both for those who love the road and off-road. There are fantastic sports facilities all over the island.
Lanzarote is one of the cheapest places in the world to rent a car, there are many companies that we use regularly, since they do not charge any deposit and their rates include full insurance without questions, they have offices at the airport where you can pick up and drop off the cars.
The islands of La Graciosa and Fuerteventura are less than 30 minutes away by ferry for a great day trip, if you fancy island hopping.
